Maybe the White House needs a new paint job......
Back to Full Blog

Hopefully a darker White House will lead to a bighter future. CONGRATULATIONS BARACK OBAMA! NOW BRING HOME THE PRESIDENTECY! He is without a doubt one of the best public speakers I have heard in my life time. He is the exact oppisite of the monotone, mundane, and robotical McCain. Now, make nice and put Hillery on the ticket and that would lock things up for the next 16 yrs........if humanity lasts that long. I haven't had goose bumbs like that from a speech, since Otto addressed the the members, of Delta fraternity, at the end of Animal house!

Hi Joram,

Looks like we may just end up getting what we want so we won't have to take over the Oval Office ourselves! Phew!

WILL! What do you think she has tried(unsuccessfully) to do since the race began? I think she now accepts defeat and wants to jump on the bandwagon.......or at least chase the wheels down the road...wuf wuf

Well J,

Hilldog might have good intentions but the dirty politics that were played plants seeds of doubt in my mind. Her intentions might just be sabatoge Obama and say told you so to all the U.S.A

Besides I relly don't want Hilldog to be VP because some dude predicted via bible code that Hill will be pres after Obama assination. I don't believe it but it seems too much of a coincidance right now.

Well I would have been happier if it was flipped with Hillary on top but I'll take what I can get. I think Obama/Clinton would be a very effective team.

Hello, Thanks for the visit. I too shall come bye so I can see, what other words of wisdom come from PolarB. I agree with "women on top" statement, but thinking about it she has the stronger personality and it will serve as well as VP. Barrak will sort of keep her in check which I think needs to be done to keep her honest. By the way if you haven't all ready seen it..."Women on top" with Penelpoe Cruise is deloghtful and worth the viewing. Thanks asgain peace love less c02 and no more BUSH! Joram

Joram, good weekend to you. I remember the Kennedy-Nixon elections when I was in Junior High. That was quite an election. We had a mock debate in our class and believe it or not, I was for Nixon. Then I actually voted for Bill Clinton, and then George W. Bush. Needless to say, I'm not an expert on who would make a good President. I'm neither Republican nor Democrat, I just vote for who I think would make a better President and so far my score card is pretty bleak. Okay, so I voted for Obama in the primaries just because I'm not a Hillary fan and why is that? Because she's married to Bill, and he really disappointed me when he was in office. He could have been an awesome President and so could have Bush, but I think their arrogance got the better of them and the American people have to pay the price. I like McCain, but so scared he'll just take up where Bush will leave off and can our nation afford that on the home front and abroad? I look at the wives also. Or in this case, the husband. So now it's down to Obama and McCain. Would Hillary be a good Vice President? I don't think so and I think Obama would be crazy to even consider the possibility. Where there is Hillary, there will be Bill.
I just feel the arrogance from Hillary. Our country doesn't need that.

But what do I know after all? I was for Nixon, but in the end so glad Kennedy won. I was in English class of my Junior year in high school when they announced over the intercom about the shooting and I was in my last period of the day, Drill Team, when they announced his death. So many tears were shed that day and even now the memories bring back the tears.

Would Kennedy have continued to be a good President if he hadn't been assassinated? Who knows? After all, now all the dirt on him is being dug up about his affairs, especially with Marilyn Monroe. What a sad tribute to be stuck with while already in the grave.

Is there anyone in America who is squeaky clean with the perfect mate, perfect children, a life without even one blemish, who could run for President of the United States? If there is, stand up and be accountable. Our country needs YOU!

Blessings,
Karen

Hello RVB, How are you? I agree with all you said up to the point when you said, "you". Meaning me..... I am so far away from squeeky clean that even dirt runs when it see's me coming! But, thanks!!! We don't need a SK president we just need an honest one. One that will not only understand the importance of themselves and the position they have, but it's ability to change the world. Oh, and hope they would want to change it for the better. I have more confidence in Obama than i have had for many of the previous Pres. But, he has to understand that his term will be, without a doubt, the most crucial of all times. Thanks for swing'n bye. hope all is well Joram

A paint job might bring on drastic change which many are not prepared for. After watcching John stewart's show on the Virgina voters show me that if any problems come about it will be from virgina. Many of the people have the same comment Obama is muslim, his pastor is is crazy, he is Black. They are driven by what others tell them instead of making their own decisions.

I have seen a great public speaker talk people into drinking Kool-aid that killed them - I sure hope it doesn't happen a 2nd time

Joram:

If Hillary is selected as a VP, we will have two VPs - both Hillary and Bill.

Hey Whit, I personally don't see the big problem with Bill, during his "reign" things were pretty good. So, he had a percluity for younger women....don't we all ? If Hillary was willing to see the benifit of keeping him around, and she is no dummy, then so am I.

"We don't need a SK president we just need an honest one"

At least Obama has already gotten the cocaine and pot smoking questions out of the way.

I don't know, but I think this might be the first President (fingers crossed) that actually inhaled and KNEW he was snorting stuff up his nose. And offered up that information long before being asked. LOL

He has SO far come "clean" and is free to admit, those improprieties, snorting cocaine and smoking pot just a bit. But those are no longer considerded today, to be the greatest of ills.... kind of like older politicians during probition with their "Speakeasies" and stils.....Only the future knows what will be, for the rest of us it's just hope and we'll see........
