Regarding the games, I get Yahoo and Google alerts on many subjects, including statements by the Dalai Lama, who I met twice and also interviewed him in London, in the 80s. He has asked China not to visit Lhasa with the Flame Publicity Stunt. I only wish that I could get away to visit the USA.
While greedy people and countries around the world continue to do cheap business deals with these countries, and take their industries (to places like China, this will continue) to make more profit, from low cost and slave labour. "Change in the way we look at things, and the things we look at will change", as you possibly know this is my favorite quote. It is a shame that the media concentrate their coverage on the few violent protesters at the expense of the rest of the group. But that is the way the media work.
