"Around and around and around it goes, where it stops nobody knows" Exxon/Mobile once again posted record profits for the second quarter of this year totaling, 11.68 billion beating their previous record for all time American corp profits! That's 90,000 dollars in profit for every minute during that 3 months! This is again all while the rest of the market plummets. Jobless rates continue to rise and "we the people" are falling deeper into the abyss. A recent CNN poll shows how 75% of Americans believe in opening up the protected lands and offshore waters to drilling, proving that their not interested in saving the environment. "WE the people" only care about themselves and that is the "driving" force behind our demise! The two countries that are experiencing growth in their economies, are also our enemies, Russia and China. They are getting rich of our blood. I'm now more optimistic about China hosting the Olympics because by doing so they will show the world(regardless of the enormous attempt to hide it)the gravity of the pollution that their way of doing things is creating. The Chinese have gone to extraordinary lengths to try to keep "We the people" from seeing first hand the result of building 100s of coal burning power plants over the past few yrs and the plans to build over 100 more each yr.

What man builds up must and will be brought down by Mother Nature if we don't soon heed her warnings. Lets hope Mother Nature is out of Quarters for the juke box......

The debate in congress over whether or not to open up protected off shore waters for drilling is outrages! First, The drilling will NOT reduce prices because it will take years from the time the project begins before even one drop of oil hits the market! The Republicans are trying to make us all believe that will immediately lower prices. GET A GRIP! PRICE WILL FALL NOT ONE SINGLE DRIP! All it will do is give everyone a false sense that the current problem is just a temporary inconvenience.

WE MUST STOP LOOKING AT WAYS TO INCREASE OIL PRODUCTION AND DEVOUT ALL THAT "ENERGY" TO CONVERTING OUR PRESENT SYSTEMS TO OTHER MORE INVIRONMENTALLY SAFE WAYS TO MEET OR ENERGY NEEDS. The other quote "Fixes" are not going to solve our problem and will only slightly delay the inevitable disaster that awaits our continued stupidity!

Americans drove 10 billion less miles last month due to the increase in price. It would be nice to think they did that to save our planet by reducing green house gas emissions but we would be fooling ourselves to believe that. But, the bottom line is it did reduce CO2 emissions so lets start from there. What I have faught for , and what I have sought, aught not be bought because I'm not selling! A MIND WHILE IN THOUGHT IS A TERRIBLE THING TO HASTE...........

We are forced to purchase Oil from many countries, most of whom, would like nothing more than to see our demise. Some that we purchase large amounts from are actually covertly doing things to hasten or facilitate our demise..... The President of Venezuela, Hugo Chavez, is the beneficiary of billions of our dollars used to purchase oil from Citgo, a Venezuelan owned company. Chavez is right at top of the list of those who WILL sucker punch the US when we can least defend ourselves......Like when our military is stretched to it's limits, our economy is free falling and we are in the middle of a presidential election that separates the citizens of America like nothing else but full out civil war! The wolves are circling, can't anyone else see them! Today, Russia (remember them) has just sold Chavez and Venezuela 1 BILLION in military hardware! Now where could they could get that kind of money? That's an awful lot of firepower to repel some guerrilla fighters hiding in the jungle.............

Mother nature is transmitting now on all frequencies, she will be heard! "Hell hath no fury like that of a women scorned".... must I remind everyone Mother Nature is the mother of our planet but, she is also a WOMEN! Ignorance, apathy and arrogence. Do you resemble one of those. Do not use examples of my persiflage to guestion my seriousness about things. Let it be very clear, my one and only purpose to still be here is to shine light on the path ahead, hopefully allowing time to change course before our next step finds no Earthly support under it. The darkness and fog that blanket the trail also obscure the edge of the cliff. Spread the word, teach the ignorant, they are not dumb, keep pressuring the apathetic, most just pretend not to care and most of all turn your back to the arrogant(need I explain who/what encompases this group), they have exploited us long enough!
