The president gave his final state of the union address tonight.... HALLALOUAH! Rather than go item by item on all the points that were made that were distorted, overstated, manipulated or just plain wrong... I will mention the most egregious omission. Not one single mention again on The environmental catastrophe that is upon us. In his 7 state of the union addresses it has been mentioned just once! I'm beginning to lose hope.......If you were to rank the negative effect we have on the Global environment, it would be a solid 10. And the negative effect the Global environment has on us today, you would rank it around 3 or 4. Now, Fast forward just a couple of years and we would find that ranking in reverse. You see at some point, no matter what or who is being hurt, it gets to a level were you or it can be hurt no more.

But unfortunately, this does not appear to be what is taking place. I truly believe now that for changes to really happen it will take a revolution. The Boston Tea Party was done as a statement to "Authority" that those who Govern are not taking the masses into consideration and the time for change is now! Our present governmental system is no different than The British Empire was to the colonists. A significant difference is that the citizens of today are in no way similar to the Patriots of that time. We lack unity, desire and guts! We talk a good talk but run in the oppsite direction when it's time to "Walk the walk". It can be seen clearly here.....The elections and decisions to which candidate "We the people" are going to endorse has less to due with the issues and more to do with Race, gender, capital religion and political affilition. They even know we are dumb enough to endorse one of them because they have the endorsement of some famous person.(Opera, Chuck Norris...)Regardless of what anyone says Obama will get votes because he is Black, as Hillary will because she is a Women and they will get votes because of the 100's of millions of dollars they spend. Mitt Romney is prepared to spend $40 million dollars of his own money to buy a seat in the Oval Office. There will be votes for one candidate solely because he or she is Democratic or Republican. Mitt recieved 95% of the Mormon vote(tell me its because of how he plans to fix our broken Government) Some votes will be cast for one just because they don't want another candidate. So, how many votes will actually be placed for what really is important? What scares me most about this current election is that of the over 3000 questions posed to the candidates since the beginning, only THREE have been about what their plans are to address Climate Change! Yes, that 1% of the questions on an issue that will take precedent over all others in a very short time! Bye the way there were also three Questions regarding the UFO sightings in Texas. ........I think you all would benifit from going to Blog-sinann and read,"we have met the enemy, and they are us" Then come back here and read "have we forgotten" for the beautiful solution that these great men left us.......

On this most important of remembrance holidays we need to Look at what Martin Luther King stood for and died for. What would his follow up speech be if given today? Would he be happy with how far we have come or saddened by how little?

When I think about it, I truly believe he would be giving a speech on the triumphs that have been made thus far, not on the failures. Sure, there are points of both. But, what hard to accomplish struggle for right does not? I have no doubt he would be pushing us onward towards continued progress, not holding us back.

If those who are constantly driving a wedge are not shown the door by the overwhelming majority of people today that do not look at the world as Black or White, But, rather as a kaliedscope of skin color, religious or political affiliation, sex and sexual choices. Then we all suffer and we are all at fault.

No, different than any crime that you have witnessed but, out of fear of reprisal, remain silent. The vast majority (over 99%) of Muslims are truely good people who harm no one. Yet they must carry some blame for the Muslim extremists and the damage that they are doing to our world. Not because they have done anything wrong. But because they have done nothing. Not even speaking out in an attemp to stop it! Silence equates to death. There are close to a billion Muslims on this planet. Nine hundred and ninty nine million of them are good. So, If they rose up in defience I put my bet on the 99%. Remember I separate everyone today into one of two groups..... Those who are part of the problems and those who are part of the solutions. Time we all choose................

An optimist is someone who thinks that this is the best of all possible worlds...... me being the consumate pessimist fears that this may be true.......
